Below you'll find a quick pricing guide for 2026 for our sleeping and meeting spaces. Prices are reviewed annually in January.

Meeting Spaces

Main Lodge Rates (Per Day)

Campbell Hall - $250
- FREE with 9 lodge rooms (Director's Suite counts towards the total)
- $250 for a Friday-Sunday retreat. Add an additional day for $125
Dining Hall - $250
- There is no additional charge for the use of the Dining Hall when ordering from our food service menu. Refer to the Food Service Contract for Dining Hall when catering outside the CCC.
Lecture Hall - $150
- $100 for 4 hours or less
- For smaller groups, Lecture Hall can be substituted for Campbell Hall
Chalice Game Room - $150

College Avenue Worship Center Rates

One Hour - $125
4 Hour Rental - $400
- Time slots are 7-11a; 12-4p; and 5-9p
12 Hour Rental (Full Day) - $800

Tables and chairs included in each space

Marker boards and flip charts are available upon request

A/V equipment available upon request

If a setup is desired, an additional fee will apply

The Lodge Rooms are housed in the same building as Campbell Hall, Lecture Hall, the Dining Hall, and the Chalice Game Room.

Campbell Hall is FREE with the rental of 9 lodge rooms! Director Suite counts towards the 9 rooms.

Bunk-Style Cabins

Tipi Wakan, Burright Bunkhouse, and Lighthouse

These climate controlled, modern cabins opened in 2015. Tipi Wakan and Burright Bunkhouse each sleep 24. They each have a large center living space with couches, tables and chairs, and a kitchenette. Lighthouse Cabin sleeps 32 in 6 rooms. They each have a large center living space with couches, tables and chairs, and shared bathrooms. Crock pots and grills are available for all the bunk cabins.

Cabins are offered a full rental or half rental.

Full cabin rentals include the common place and both sides of the cabin for lodging
Half cabin rentals include the common place and one side of the cabin for lodging

Lighthouse Cabin

$600/full

McKee Retreat House

$250 per night
4 bedrooms: 3 queens, 1 twin trundle

2 full and 2 half bathrooms included

This beautiful cabin opened in 2019 and has a large deck with a spectacular view of Wolf Lake. To allow our guests to unplug, the Retreat House does not have TV or Wifi but does have extra amenities including a full kitchen and a private meeting space for up to 30.

Tent and RV Camping

$25 per night for full RV hookup (sewer, water, electrical)

$10 per tent per night for tent camping

$10 per person per night for Chi Rho Country camping.

These prices include the use of a fire pit and firewood. Grills are also available. A "state park style" bath house is available upon request but requests MUST be made in advance of your visit. The bath house is open April through October but must be requested at the time of making your reservation.
